Sleepy Hollow: Children of the RevolutionSleepy Hollow: Children of the Revolution by Keith R.A. DeCandido

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

When Ichabod Crane is ressurected from his grave more than two centuries, after being a soldier in the colonial army and being killed in battle, he partners with Detective Abbie Mills from the Sleepy Hollow Police Department to fight evil forces that have taken hold of the town. He recieves a message from his wife Katrina telling him he needs to retrieve the Congressional Cross he was awarded by the Second Continental Congress. There's just one problem. Ichabod died before he could recieve his medal. Together Ichabod and Abbie set out to discover the mystery behind this medal he was to recieve and why it is important that he retrieve it.

Facing a coven of witches, who also need these medals to bring back their leader, Ichabod and Abbie fight for the good of Sleepy Hollow.

I LOVED this book. I didn't watch the first season of the show, but after reading this book, I am an avid watcher of the television series. If you are into paranormal/fantasy books, this is the book for you!
