Twentysomethings are different today than they were generations ago, but you already knew that. Even so, they are not as bad as people think. A doomed generation? Or just trying to get by in a world gone mad? Trying to understand your life or a twentysomething in it? You should definitely read this book. FRAMES has a great way of bringing you information compacted in a small easy to read book. Did you know that only 30 % of Millenials (aka twentysomethings) believe that churches have their best interests at heart? They believe Universities do more (32%). 25% of Millenials decline to affliate with any organized religion.

In 2012, about 36% of adults ages 18 to 31 were living in their parents home. The highest number in this age group in 4 decades.

The realization that i'm in my mid-twenties just really hit me about a month ago. Rapidly approaching 24 & not really where I want to be in life, I wanted to know if I was the only one. Reading this book gave me some piece of mind. It felt nice to know that I'm not alone in some of my thoughts. I would definitely recommend this book to any Millenial or anyone just wanting to get into the mind of our generation.

It Had to Be You by Susan May Warren

Eden Christiansen is living in her little brother Owen's shadow. Owen is a NHL player & Eden is his biggest cheerleader, but looking after Owen has caused Eden to put her own life on the back burner.
Eden wishes someone would step up to mentor Owen so she can continue her life, but she knows better than to expect that from Bad Boy & team captain Jace Jacobsen. Jace, now at a crossroads about his future in hockey, is trapped by his reputation and Eden's guilt trip. When Owen's carelessness cause him to have a career threatening injury, Jace & Eden are thrown together.. and they start to see that maybe they belong on the same team after all. 

This book is an amazing book. The characters really draw you in & the individual stories of each character touch your heart. I also like this edition because it includes a novella entitled. "I Really Do Miss Your Smile". This novella tells the story of how the Christiansen family came to be. It was really good as well.

Sadie and Levi devise a plan to keep their families from meddling in their lives, but will their plan backfire on themselves? Can they trust each other & maybe have a future?


I couldn't get into this book when i started to read it. That has happened to me before. That in no way means this a bad book. I will just have to try again.

Ghost Boy by Martin Pistorius

This book is amazing. It's the story of Martin. A normal boy living in South Africa until one day, at the age of 12, he comes home complaining of a sore throat. In a few months, Martin can't walk, talk, move, or eat on his own. Through this book Martin chronicles the ups, downs, & breakthroughs in his health & how he met the love of his life.

I definitely recommend this book to anyone.

There, however, is a secret lurking in the shadows. A secret that could come between Alex & Sam. A secret that will teach her how quick trust can truly be broken.

I really liked this book. It was very hard for me to put down. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
